Edgar was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. I was a first time home buyer and he was there step by step for me to answer any questions and lay out a timeline so everyone was on the same page. For how stressful it can be to buy a home he helped ease that stress with open communication and a positive attitude.

My daughter and I worked with Edgar Garcia on the purchase of our home. We had previously tried to purchase a home several months before but were not successful. We figured wed try again and were introduced to Edgar by our realtor. We had our first zoom meeting with Edgar and the realtor. Edgar was pretty confident that he could get it done. We decided to proceed. Edgar was amazing through the whole process. He recommended ways to help increase the chances of getting approved. He stayed on top of everything for us. Watched interest rates daily and finally locked in when he felt they were the best. He was successful in getting us approved!! He never gave up on us, told us what we needed and made sure we followed up. Hes got a great sense of humor, which helped as well.
