I recently purchased my first home with Kym Burns as my mortgage lender. To say I had a wonderful experience would be an understatement! Kym and her team provided 5 star service that increased my confidence in buying my first home. She was easy to talk to, explained the process every step of the way with absolute clarity, answered all my questions, and stayed in touch constantly to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When I told Kim my future plans for real estate, she encouraged my idea and even offered to guide me through that process too. Kym has been the perfect guide for us during the process of buying our first home. I appreciate how she always took the time to explain things to us and answer any and all questions we had. I never felt like an inconvenience to her. She is extremely informative and caring. I cannot say enough good things about Kym. Her communication is fantastic, and she made us feel valued.
