        All of the staff members were always on the same page and picked where Mr. Welch left off. I could talk to any one of the and they knew what was going on with my loan. I thank Mr. Welch for being very patient with throughout this entire process. He knew this project was my first and he always reassured me that he will never give up on me, and that he will make this closing happen! He's very knowledgeable and always broke everything down for me. I can't thank him enough!
