We started with rocket mortgage. They were very shady. They approved us at a high interest rate and kept raising the closing costs on us. We were really discouraged, so my husband reached out to an old friend who gave us some contacts, and somehow we wound up with Jonathan's contact info, and I'm so thankful we did! He lowered our interest rate almost 2 points and cut our closing costs by 50%. WE CLOSED 10 DAYS AFTER OUR FIRST PHONE CALL WITH HIM! I just couldn't believe it! Even the title company said he was one of the best she'd worked with so far, and my realtor was asking for his contact info at our closing! I would recommend him to anyone!
