This was my first time refinancing so I had a lot of questions, some probably pretty simple minded. But Aaron Kovac was very patient and professional with me. He put it in terms that I could understand and answered any fears I had. Fees were very similar to other quotes I received, but he made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. And it took him very little time to respond, even when he was getting on an airplane or on his honeymoon! I would highly recommend using his service.

Mr. Aaron Kovac you are very much appreciated sir. Without your patience, professionalism, amazing communication and guidance we would not be sitting in our dream home knowing that we obtained an amazing interest rate and overall great mortgage deal. Your willingness to provide prompt responses to all of our annoying questions between my Realtor, myself and my wife just shows us how much you care about your clients. I've been through 3 transactions within the last 6 years and I don't remember them being this seamless. Might I mention the technology platform and updates certainly took the edge off of not knowing what's transpiring during the process. Easily the best 30 day transaction I've been apart of and I feel like I gained a pal during the process.
