We are so thankful to have worked with Schutze brothers as our lenders, which came as a recommendation from our realtor. The whole team is professional, personable and prompt in responses. We really appreciated them taking time to explain and walk us through the homebuying process, and also the check-ins after closing they really care about their clients. Even the title company at closing gave remarks about how great the lender was to work with, very responsive. The website portal is easy to use, and they give clear direction and updates about what is needed throughout the process. We plan to stay in our new home for a long time, but would absolutely use the Schutze brothers again and recommend them to those who are looking.

The whole team at loan people were fantastic in the process from pre-approval through to getting our mortgage loan approved and house purchased. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond. Would recommend any time.
