Robert was the diamond in our rough, first time home building/buying ordeal. Our only advocate in the sea of terrible developers, builders, HOAs, and sellers. We didn't expect such kindness and honesty from our "loan guy" so it came from the most unexpected of places in the time that we needed it most. We ran into many delays, lots of issues from the building side and then some hiccups from the HOA not providing documents but he was informative, and calm and a bull dog in getting answers and making things happen in a tight timeline through it all and most importantly he was reliable, he did everything he said he would do and beyond. If only more people shared his work ethics and humanity in such an significant time in people's lives such as homebuying. The patience and tenacity he showed to deal with what we went through and to come through for us up to closing day even while he was on vacation is hard to come by in business these days. It did not feel transactional at all. He went above and beyond and the team at CMG he got behind us to get over the long overdue finish line was clutch. He was recommended to us by my friend and he truly went above and beyond. I would recommend 10/10, 5 stars. We couldn't have gotten to closing day the way that we did without Robert and his team!
