      image Desdanie O'Neal was unconditionally helpful, very knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the transaction would get done.
      We had some hiccups during the process, due especially to the limitations of my client's communication barriers, timing, and the fact that I could not be present at closing day. That was when Des stepped in and took the bulls by the horns and my client got his house on the expected day. She was AWESOME.
