I have not had a good time with this office. Test results were not interpreted by Dr Nakamura in a timely manner and it took over two weeks to get results back, with a lot of prodding. I had to call the office a total of four times to get results. No discussion about how long to expect results or updates along the way. Today I had a virtual visit scheduled with Sonia at 09:40. The check-in process was really inefficient, I answered the same questions about my insurance and pharmacy a total of 3 times between phreesia and the two people checking me in. Why have me check in through phreesia if you're not going to bother to read any of it? The provider Sonia was late. Every telehealth visit I've had with other providers starts at the posted time. I left after 15 minutes because I had to return to work, and the MA Cynthia called me back at 10:10 despite my messages saying I needed to leave for work, saying the provider was finally ready. Two thumbs down, this office does not respect their patient's time.
