James, being a retired custom home builder of high-end homes in Austin, stands behind his work and builds structures that are made to last. The install, supervised in-person by Glen and Kyle, was super smooth. The company even provides you with weekly updates of all of their projects so you know exactly where you stand in the job queue. I contacted Everything Outdoors about a potential project and was emailed back very quickly. James asked for a few materials to review before we set up an onsite consultation (which costs a fee). He noticed that due to my survey we would be very limited in scope and called me to educate me about my plot's limitations. I really appreciate that even though I would not be a paying customer, he took the time to explain things to me and saved me the fee!
