        Beyond frustrated with this insurance company. Not willing to work with me on a simple issue of removing excluded drivers as of the date I moved, despite my ability to provide proof of residence change. Despite my best efforts to get a resolution of any kind, management was rude and belittling to me; telling me it's my fault and they won't do anything to assist. Avoid this company - go anywhere else. I filed a complaint with BBB and TDI. Will also be writing corporate. This company is greedy and doesn't care about it's customers.
