Farmers Insurance - Victor Thompson

I worked with Victor for a number of years, before our insurance needs expanded exponentially requiring a large consolidation project. Victor is one of the MOST responsive service professionals that I have worked alongside (against hundreds). He is quick to return calls, nearly instant on emails, etc. BUT the thing I would say that separate him from the bunch ... he ALWAYS executes against what we promises or against client requests. I can't think of a single occurrence in years of doing business together where I ever had to follow up with a second ask. It saddens to leave him because it was ''easy'' doing business with his office. Would recommend him time and time again to anyone looking for a great and knowledgeable agent. Victor was available and quick to get me quotes and answer my questions. He saved me over $1000 per year on my homeowner's insurance quote and increased my coverage. Would definitely recommend.

Victor helped all of our family get home and auto policies with excellent coverage at excellent prices. He also has helped with our Business Insurance and Commercial Auto policies for our work fleet. I have worked with several agents, but Victor has by far been the most responsive. For our Business policies he was very efficient with our policy going through underwriting. I think his personal touch goes a long way with the Farmers internal team to help policies and claims get resolved quickly. A+
