I have reached out to agents multiple times to change ownership of a Life Insurance policy my father purchased on me after I was born. My father passed away this Spring and the whole life policy has been paid in full for decades. The agents stated the policy is now under my ownership and that they will send me documents to update the beneficiary and will send a status letter of the change and updates to the policy but I never receive the emails from them. Yesterday was the third time I have spoken to an agent and they never deliver on what they promise in our conversation on the phone. I have never received an email from them. Yesterday I asked if they could send the email to me while on the phone and I received a similar response as before that it will be sent by the end of the day. Seems to me the agents are all following a company training script used to deceive customers.
