        Sam Dowd is an incredibly personable guy and one of the most sincere people you will ever meet. He was able to provide my company with commercial liability quote and policy that was a great value in a very short time frame. In addition to a great policy Hibbs-Hallmark provides an app that allows customers to view policy details and print their COI for commercial customers on demand. After using two other providers for commercial liability over the last 10 years that were both not responsive and in the tech dark ages, I highly recommend Sam and Hibbs-Hallmark for all your insurance needs.
