I tried to email Penny two times for a quote and she never responded. If I cant get a response for new business, how will the service be once I have a policy?

Penny Glass is the best insurance agent I've ever had and has to be one of the best in Texas. The help, advice, and support she has given us over the 5 or so years we've been with TX Farm is unparalleled. She has never failed to take a call or call me back right away. She replies to texts. She has helped me out of a jam at personal expense. Penny is the best!

I am so grateful, and I must add that the 2 Austin locations that I spoke to are responsive, kind and helpful. Amazing service!

Penny Glase at this location made my experience absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond with her skills, and the ease of switching insurance companies. The perks and benefits are awesome and I had an over all awesome experience with the entire transaction. 10/10 would recommend!
