        The guy that answered the phone didn't know if they gave a Defensive Driving discount and he's licensed to answer the phone? He placed me on hold for about 15 mts to ask a yes or no question. I called again and the lady that answered the phone said no. That's all I needed to know. I found an insurance that offers a 10% discount already.
