    Dont remember name of the one I was working with, but she extremely rude. Very dismissive the cleaning was very very average and I used many cleaning service before, Sorry English not very good. This service happened a couple months ago, but Ive been meaning to leave bad review. Would not recommend this clean service no no. Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Standard cleaning, General housekeeping

    Enviromaids was great! They were very responsive to my inquiry on Yelp, and clearly set expectations on availability and cost based upon our conversations. The service was great and very professional.  Their estimate on length of time needed was very close to actual, and when they realized they were going to go a little longer,  they cleared it with me first.  Couldn't be happier with the service and plan to set up regular cleaning with them.

    The most unprofessional, horrific customer service I've ever experienced especially for the price they charge. Let's start by discussing how I was quoted $85 for 3 hours, and they would send two cleaners to clean my 1200 sq. foot apartment. The days leading up to the service, the manager would call at the oddest hours, ask for times he could call when I was available then would never call at those times when saying they would. The day of the service, they even threatened to cancel because I hadn't answered questions they never bothered to ask. The only question they even had was how they were going to answer which in my opinion didn't require a call but hey. When the cleaners arrived, I then get another call telling me that since they sent 3 cleaners without my consent, the rate would be $110 an hour, but the overall cost would be lower since more people were working. I should've sent the cleaners home then but they had already started cleaning. The actual cleaners were very thorough and nice, however the service took closer to 3 hours despite the rep's reassurance it would take a less time and the final quote was $320. I pushed back on this since it was $65 more than was quoted, and I never requested additional cleaners to begin with. Then the rep argued that my 1200 sq. foot apartment (with a large closet they didn't even touch by the way) that's deep cleaned professionally ever two weeks and standard cleaned every week would somehow take two able bodied adults 4 hours to clean. I live with another adult and it has never taken us an entire Gone with the Wind showing to clean our house nor any other cleaning service we've ever hired. He assured me his manager would reach out on Wednesday, but no one called me back until Saturday. I returned their calls right away but never got an answer but saw a charge for $167 on the debit card I used. The card wasn't fully funded as it is for recurrent purchases, and the we had never actually settled on a price for them even to charge me. I played phone tag with whoever had the phone until Monday morning when I saw a duplicate charge for another $167 went through which exceeded even the inflated quote the rep charged me. When I questioned someone who identified me as the owner, she was yelling at me about not returning her calls (I did), and engaged me in a screaming and cursing match where she went on a narcissistic rant about being a lawyer. Um, what does that have to do with you inflating the price, not calling me back as you were supposed to do, then charging my card without even settling on a price or sending a receipt/invoice for the service to justify the third new price? I ended the call after the owner declined my offer to pay the rest of the service after I received a receipt. She proceeded to call me, text me, leave an angry voicemail, so I blocked her number. She then proceeds to text me ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER after she figured out she was blocked. In my opinion, this is harassment at this point. I already ended the call and made it apparent I had no interest in speaking with her since she said she would refund me and declined my offer to pay for the service in full, so she would just leave me alone. In this new message, she accused me of being uneducated even though she was the one who misunderstood when I was offering to pay the difference, I was offering to pay the total cost minus what I was already changed. Guess they don't make law schools how they used to.
