    Below is copy of the feedback I sent via email to Just Cleaning via their Customer Service inquiry. My feedback was sent on August 11, 2012 and I have not received any response. ------------ We received a move-in clean on August 3, 2012. We we so exhausted from our cross-country move that we decided to hire a cleaning company to take care of cleaning before our move-in. Pros: -Great customer service. Making an appointment was easy and we were able to get scheduled for within 48 hours which was perfect for our needs, Also, when we needed a re-clean, the customer service representative (Tony?) was very easy to work with and understanding for our situation. -Good website. -Great 100% satisfaction guarantee. Made us feel comfortable with booking with the company without knowing much about it. -They tried to remediation for the need for a re-clean by adding window washing service, but that was less than satisfactory since it was just a quick wipe down of the glass. Cons: -No phone call 1/2 hour before cleaning as I was told I would receive. Thankfully, we were there when the individual showed up. -The Move-in deep clean was not performed very thoroughly. Things seemed to be cleaned more like a "spot check" cleaning only what was visibly dirty rather than doing a thorough job of cleaning everything outlined on the website. For example, the inside and outside of the cabinets were not wiped down and they overall had a thin layer of grease on them. They really did need to be thoroughly wiped although they did not appear visibly dirty. Also, the the corners of the floors and baseboards were not adequately dusted/mopped, and the appliances were not wiped down on every surface. The shelves in the closets were not dusted and there was visible dirt and dust bunnies left in one hall closet. The light fixtures didn't appear too dirty, but when touched, there was still a layer of dust on them. So, after discovering all these things as we were moving in our belongings, we called and scheduled a re-clean. -The cleaning person did not come on Tuesday morning for the re-clean as promised and I had to call that afternoon to check on the status. Thankfully, they were able to send someone that afternoon. -When the individual arrived for the re-clean, she was very hurried and seemed to be offended that she had to come back to clean. It was a chore to point out each area that was missed. -The individual also held a telephone conversation in my presence with someone from the company to check in when the re-clean was finished. The conversation was held in Spanish (and I speak Spanish) and the individual had a derogatory/complaining tone about what I was asking her to do for the re-clean. That didn't feel like good customer service to be complaining about the job in my presence, just because she was speaking another language. So all in all, I feel like we did receive adequate service after the painful re-cleaning process, but overall the experience was not what I had hoped. I had hoped for receiving a service that would be low-stress and give us a fresh, clean start in our apartment. I would not recommend this company to anyone for a move-in/out clean.

    i use this service on a 2-3wk basis just to help me out. I have 3 small kids and sometimes I need some help in getting things scrubbed down not just picked up. This is the perfect service. It isnt expensive and I can customize it to what I need and the price will adjust accordingly. I can also get the same cleaning ladies that I like everytime. Its great.
