This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. My first room had a stain on the bed. I moved rooms and went to use the restroom and my whole faucet fell apart. I spoke to Albert who is the general manager and he told me We can send maintenence but Im not giving you a free night. Mind you, I never even asked for a free night but what can they offer for the inconvenience of me not being able to wash my hands in my room? Well the story gets worse. The next morning I left around 11am. Albert sends maintenence to my room and housekeeping to clean my roomI come back at midnight just to find my door open and unsecured. I am a solo female staying in this room by myself. There is no scarier feeling then coming to a hotel in an unfamiliar area and seeing my door was left open for any and everyone to walk in. I had to call the police because of safety concerns and possible belongings being stolen. Thankfully nobody stoled myself or was INSIDE OF MY ROOM. I asked to speak to Albert yet again. This time he was so rude and told me I wont tolerate you yelling and the front desk lady told him I never yelled??? He is a terrible general manager and the customer service here is so bad. FYI my faucet was never fixed smh.

No coffee in room and they have the cheapest little styrofoam cups in there which is tacky. Housekeeping tapping on the sore with their key card is extra annoying especially when youre on a work call and its not even 10am with a do not disturb sign on door. That shows they dont care about guests. Check in isnt until 4pm and checkout is at 11 which means they probably would have e checkout at 10am if it were acceptable. They want you in and out.
