The hotel is nice and modern but, unless you know what you're doing, you will likely pay $100-$200 more than expected. If you're a digital native, travel by Uber, and understand how a Bluetooth mirror works you'll be fine. However, if you're just trying to treat yourself to an extravagance on a limited budget--DON'T STAY HERE. Word to the wise, ask about parking before you book your stay. The staff did not fill us in on how things work (we couldn't even operate the elevator because we weren't in the know). All in all, it's a fancy, modern hotel, but I don't think plebians like us are welcome. Noteworthy details: You will get a ticket if you park in the dirt across the street where the valet told us we could park. Later, and too late, the front desk attendant told us we could park there "at our own risk."

Dont ever stay here! Today my flight from LA was cancelled due to severe weather, will now fly out tomorrow, I phone the Hotel to let them know, spoke to Beverly (a Karen type) at the front desk, she said she will not credit me due to weather and plans on charging me, (what a POS), I was floored at the hatefulness of her. I was going to extend my stay through the weekend, but not with her working there. I am a HOTEL executive, I would fire anyone who treated customers like she did, also to charge me due to severe weather airlines cancellation is just plain wrong! I will have my credit card company reverse this charge for tonight and I cancelled all the other days booked due to this feckless, rude, lousy excuse of a manager.

Stayed here for about a week for the eclipse. Valet parking attendent was awful (attitude, almost clipped my rental car). Most of the concierge was awful (took 8 hours and 4 reminders to get an extra towel). The room itself had fit and finish issues (bathroom door doesnt close all the way, shower door didnt work, coffee machine in room didnt work). I felt nickel and dimed throughout stay. Overall, this is a fake nice hotel with employees that dont seem to realize they are in hospitality business. I didnt particularly mind the noise, but I was VERY surprised at how loud both the highway noise and bar noise was. If thats something you are sensitive to, this is not the place for you.
