The worst motel I have been to.

The place is run down and dirty, and the hotel room description has no correlation with reality. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that there was a desk but no chair, and asked for one, which they brought. I then checked the room more carefully and noted multiple discrepancies with my reservation, which stated "Room Details: Free high-speed WiFi, free continental breakfast, mini-refrigerator, microwave, inroom temperature control, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, HDTV, bathroom amenities, alarm clock, desk with lamp, iron, ironing board". There was no coffee/tea maker, no hair dryer, no iron, no alarm clock. A microwave was present, but was not usable because the glass plate was missing. There was also no luggage rack. I pointed out these deficiencies to the man at the front desk, who indicated that over the years all the missing amenities had been reportedly stolen by guests and not replaced (sic). He indicated he would bring me the missing items, however he never did, despite a call two hours later to remind him (he said that he was too busy). The room was reasonably spacious, but very basic and dated. The fitted bed sheet had a hole in it, and there was some hair. Underneath, the mattress pad was badly stained. The bed was otherwise reasonably comfortable. Bathroom with everything in working order and good water pressure in the shower. The wifi required re-entering the password every couple of hours, on a white-on-white sign-in page. Easy parking. Breakfast was included, however I thought it best to skip it. This place is grossly overpriced for what you get, and the room description is deliberately deceptive, as they have no intention of providing the amenities they describe. Rooms: Several items mentioned in the room description are actually not provided.

Absolutely disgusting stay. Avoid it! If I read reviews over here, I would never book that trashy place, wondering, why in Agoda they still have a decent rating, the pictures also don't match at all Everything is dirty and smelly, showers has no pressure, they are like sprinkles, you can't adjust well hot/ cold water The front desk Yessenia extremely rude for a simple question, if they have a juice or fruits. Those type of people aren't supposed to work with a people The management must be ashamed to provide this type of service and maintenance like that. I hope you'll come to the same destiny as a next door property

Nice place with an amazing staff. Jessica and Deven, you guys were super hospitable! Such friendly people.

I chose this place based on proximity to where I would be going and for that it was perfect and was the cheapest in the area and it had a mini fridge in the room. Check in went fine, until housekeeping tried to stop by 10 minutes after I'd gotten into the room and was in the bathroom. The rooms are old and need to be made over, the mini fridge eventually turned into a freezer and froze my water, soda and leftover bbq (trust me trying to eat frozen brisket isn't fun). The main problem with the room for me was there was no place to sit, except for the bed. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have a little table/desk with a chair to sit in. If I were travelling and it was late and I was tired, I might stay for the night....but I'd never spend any real time there.....I remember when the Travelodge name meant something....
