        A good predictable Holiday Inn. A nice restaurant with some good offerings. Took a 420 am. shuttle to airport. Only negative - their waKe up call never came.

        Just called and the lady in the phone tells to me that she does not have last minute check ins at an arrival of a flight at 6 am , being at the airport its a weird policy

        Manager refused to work with us at all regarding any sort of refund because the trip was originally booked through Priceline and non-refundable. They refused to accept a very valid reason for the cancellation and despite the fact that it was requested 20 days in advance. Once they have your money they treat you like they dont care about you.

        I enjoyed staying here. The people are friendly and welcoming. The only thing I suggest is making sure that all the outlets work. We only have two good ones that worked.

      Welcome to the Holiday Inn Austin Airport! The Holiday Inn Austin Airport is conveniently located off I 35 and highway 71. We are two miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport AUS and offers complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle service and free parking.
