I booked an appointment online a day in advance and unfortunately arrived five minutes behind schedule, but I called ahead to inform them of my delay. The response I received was reassuring, with the employee mentioning a 10-minute window for lateness. Upon arrival, my family and I were looking forward to my 4-year-old's first real haircut. However, the experience quickly turned sour when the employee, with a noticeably displeased expression, abruptly informed us that there was only 7 minutes allocated for the haircut. This caught me off guard and left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, especially considering my son's excitement. The abrupt and seemingly disrespectful manner in which this was conveyed was deeply disappointing. As a result, I felt compelled to leave with my two children, leaving my son saddened by the abrupt interruption to what should have been an enjoyable experience. Overall, the lack of professionalism and understanding in handling our situation was disappointing. This experience left a negative impression on me and my family, and unfortunately, I won't be returning NEVER EVER.
