        Cancelled on me last minute twice before actually having an appointment. I asked for a full head of highlights, and what I received is grayish white streaks at my roots, my very dark roots are still showing throughout my head, and the bottom half of my hair is golden/orange. When I asked her if she could fix it because its clearly not what I wanted, she said theres nothing she could do and still charged me full price. I will never use her again and would never recommend her to anyone.
