Owner/ operator does not communicate well with the people she contracts/hires to braid. I sent her a video of how long my hair was when I requested braids. She said my hair was short so I had to get small braids. I agreed. I asked her prior to my appointment if someone would be able to braid it. She said yes. The braider did a good job but did not braid all of my hair. I requested another braider and the operator was non responsive. It rude and unprofessional. She attempted to try to run game on me and charge me full price until I told her my full head was not braided. I will not be back. I no be Mumu oh, you no make my hair complete you dey ask for balance way no make sense
