I would be very cautious of going to see Kati. While I thought she was professional and was great at what she does, she was unable to provide me a service of balayage like she said she could. I had to go back twice and still unachievable to be told my hair is too dark to do balayage. Ive had this service before multiple times with different salon artists in other locations. She asked me to come back for a third time, which I said no after the initial appointment was for my wedding hair and I didnt feel comfortable to go a third time to bleach/damage and hope. I asked her for compensation and she refused because her time is a huge part of what I pay for however I too spent time away twice. To top it off she did the same thing to my mom, who had highlights and came back orange. I let Kati know with a picture what my moms hair looked like and that were going to go somewhere else and never received a response. I know everyone is need of compensation for their time, but given the situation for a bride and mother of a bride so close to a wedding I think something shouldve been done. Were down $600ish dollars from her and we had to spend another $600 for someone to correct it. Which was successful on the first visit.
