I was really wanting to book an appointment from them on StyleSeat but they ended up canceling the appointment and has not responded to me on why they canceled. Maybe the cancellation was a blessing in disguise. Update: Owner responded hours later after cancelling appointment and responded in an unprofessional manner. I think the owner should learn how to be a professional and provide adequate customer service. Hopefully they learn and can grow from their mistake

Daughter just left there in tears. The hairstyle was not even what she requested and she has senior pictures with a friend tomorrow. The lady started doing her hair and she said right away that it was not right but continued. She didnt speaking any English and wasnt trying to correct the issue. DONT DO IT YALL!!! NOT WORTH IT.

I found Manu Royal Touch's profile while looking for a hairstylist on Styleseat. Despite the stylist's claims of professionalism, my experience with her was not satisfactory. I selected a hairstyle from her profile and booked an appointment for the same day based on her availability. I also purchased the hair required for the style. However, the stylist messaged me that there was a $40 fee for same-day appointments. I was confused because the appointment was available on her calendar, so I did not understand why there was an extra charge. After checking her policy, I realized she had a list of requirements that needed to be met before an appointment is completed. Since I had not fulfilled any of her conditions, that would mean, technically, there should be no appointment. I tried to get the stylist to clarify my understanding of her policy, but she refused to answer my question and ultimately charged me a no-show fee of $168. I was even more baffled because this was never a confirmed appointment based on her terms of service. When I asked for a refund, she told me she could not give me one because of policy and referred me to Styleseat, but they directed me back to the stylist. This issue remains unresolved and has been a stressful experience.
