When I walked into my hair appointment with Denise I had no idea what I wanted. It had been 2 years since I last cut my hair and it was just a mess. I have fine, thin hair and that long stringy look just wasnt cutting it. I told Denise that I wasnt quite sure what I wanted but that I wanted it kind of short. So she took the time to explain to me what she thought we should do and I trusted her 100%!! Im so glad I did because my hair feels alive again! It looks great and I feel so much better. Denise was extremely professional and she really did pay attention to the small details. Her salon was very clean and the products she uses smells and feels amazing in my hair! I've been going to Denise for years and I always leave her chair satisfied. Denise is very talented, pays attention to detail and loves to get it right. Each and every time I book, she asks what I'd like to get done , never assuming I'll go with the "same thing as last time". Denise is professional and responds quickly to requests to book.

I've been going to Denise Hernandez regularly for over a year and it's safe to say she is probably one of the best stylists in Austin. I have trusted her to give me the perfect cut and color for life's biggest events-- my wedding, new job, and various special events. Denise not only has an eye for design and executes to perfection, she genuinely cares about her clients. When I wasn't in love with my change from blonde to red bayalage, Denise called me that evening and offered to change it back to blonde-- free of charge on her day off!!! It's not that she did anything wrong, she just wanted me to love my hair and feel confident. She also does a great job keeping track of your style history and making healthy and personalized suggestions for hair care. Denise creates looks that people stop you on the street to ask about!
