Hi, I do remember you, you came some months ago and came about 3-4 times since the first time you came you said you liked your hair each time with no complaints. If you have questions please call to let me know after service . I did give you hair care instructions to keep your hair tamed and said to let me know if you had any questions. before every appointment, I let each client know how much there maintenance is, it’s up to you to let me know if you would like to move forward with your appointment once you call and know the price . You came in to get maintenance a few times and sometimes you came and got maintenance and retwist. You definitely was not taken advantage of here, all different hair types priced different due to the hair texture and your dreads condition. Everyone is treated fairly at my shop and we don’t discriminate. I have many clients with fine hair from different races and they pay the same price . This reflects the time it takes and price . Every shop is not the same prices nor do the same service techniques as this is why prices are different at different shops my shop is custom private hair service shop not a regular family shop. If you was not happy when you left you definitely had the choice to let me know as I do let clients look at there hair in the middle of service and after to make sure there happy . Also your hair was frizzy because you decided to keep the hair frizzy and let it mold in on its own . I ask every client if they want to get rid of frizz after maintenance or let it mold in, if you decided later that you want to get rid of frizz that’s simply from crocheting you could of called an I would of been happy to assist with that after the fact what was said . If you wanted your roots tight you needed a interlock or retwist which is not the service you booked . You booked for maintenance which was stated it’s with the crochet needle, I go up to base of dread 2 inches from scalp as you seen before you left. For partial that is my price for maintenance with fine hair and that was told to you before your appointment. Your dreads was very thick and took time to do maintenance on each dread and typically it took 2 hours for maintenance and retwist base how to assist you . For first time customers, I let them know to call if they have questions getting here. when you first come to shop there is a big sign in the front and a sign at the entrance way so im unsure how it was confusing? I never heard anything from you saying you had any issue as I let everyone look at there hair before you leave you had a option to say something and nothing was said only in this review I can not help you with a issue if it’s not addressed to me directly. I would of better known how to assist you then . You looked at your hair and was not addressing any issue .
