Melanie shampooing technique is top notch and the icing on the cake was the warm towel on the nape of my neck. The warm towel was a sweet touch to my shampooing process. Overall, I appreciate the care she provided from the shampooing process all the way through to the final blowout.

Highly recommend Aliana! My hair came out perfect! I was a little nervous as this is my first time with hand tied extensions but they feel so comfortable and match my current hair color perfectly. Definitely go to her for your color/extension needs!

Beyond positive experience today with Whitney for a haircut. She was so informative and helpful explaining things about my hair, breaking down some of my why's and the state of it needing some time and repair; she also suggested products without any pressure and some reasonable processes to regain health as well as how to style it to look its best! Very talented, down to earth, sincere and professional stylist. I'd love for it to look as wonderful every day as it did today, but she turned me down when I asked if I could take her home with me to have her do my hair on the daily! She inspired some confidence in me that makes me want to take better care of my aging hair in a doable 6 minute routine of applying restorative hair products. Highly recommend Whitney!! I'm an out of town visitor but was able to get in within a few days of calling. Very sweet & personable front desk gal who explained prices and stylist options. The afternoon of my appt I received a text saying my stylist was running a bit late; I so appreciated that kind, considerate notification. The salon is very clean, very pleasantly decorated, and most important to me, has a very different peaceful, kind and relaxed vibe at the same time being very thorough with clients and their cheerful greeting when you arrive and their comfy feel like you're in your own living room and not in a catty, highly chemical-smelly, loud or chaotic shop! Management has it right! Extremely high degree of customer service not seen much anymore these days. Great experience. Highly recommend. Susie was amazing, took time with me to make very sure what I wanted, and was very professional and sweet!
