went in for a consultation and they said last minute canceled they say before because they were scared of messing up even though I made it clear if they messed up my highlights they could just dye over it and Id be fine.

I went to get my hair colored using vibrant colors but didnt want it to be too loud since Im used to just having conventional highlights. I explained my concerns and Cassie was able to give me the look I wanted. Shes really very talented. My salon experience was great as I got the product I requested and was entertained the entire time with the friendly staff. Thank you for this look!

I got a haircut yesterday and i asked for shoulder length hair with layers and curtain bangs and ended up with such short hair and it was everything i wasnt expecting. i havent gone to a salon in years and the reviews were good, i just expected my hair to be shoulder length and not so short, ive done everything to try to style it and make it look good but nothing works. its so frustrating and disappointing and it looks nothing like my inspo. It honestly looks like a boys haircut and i just dont know how to recover from it. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
