Their products actually work! I don't wash out half the dye in a week, my hair is luscious and vibrant. Well worth the money and hair cuts styles to the face and personality. Only salon I even use now! Edit 8 years now and I still miss this salon. It makes me seriously think about flying to Texas to have my hair done. This is the only place where I will sit down with over 3 ft of hair and say "do whatever and surprise me!" Knowing full well I will leave that salon super happy.

If you're looking to spend 430$ for a cut and color you hate come here!!! Even after they "fixed it" my hair is still a mess. I am waiting for it to grow another 2 inches so I can chop off the ends that don't match my hair color and also even out the choppy layers that I was given. I have gone twice in the past two years, I've had to go back EVERYTIME. Not once have they been able to get me to the color I needed. I have had nothing but trouble with this salon. For reference I get my hair done once a year (my hair is very thick and it takes long enough that I don't necessarily have time to go) I'm looking for a specific cut, a normal bob and color that matches the color that I got done AT THE SAME SALON. Every time I HAVE to "go back" I'm still incredibly unhappy with my hair. I showed a photo of the cut I wanted to my stylist and I got the farthest thing. The layering I was given is incredibly uneven and I feel embarrassed wearing my hair down because of it. Instead of a typical "bob cut" I got a mullet. I literally cannot wear my hair down naturally because unfortunately this mullet cut doesn't match my frame well. I will not be wasting another dollar at this place. Go somewhere that gives you what you're looking for, not the complete opposite. I ended up going to another salon to get everything fixed up the way I wanted and I had no issues. I would overall not recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for ANY kind of blonde. At this point I'm very skeptical of what they think a "seasoned" stylist is. If I could go back, I would have not chose this place to get my hair done. I'm really not sure why I had so much trouble, I've gone to several other salons with no issues and gotten EXACTLY what I was looking for. On top of this, I'm not sure what product was used, but my hair has been thinning as a result. Based on the response from the salon, I would really like to emphasize the fact that this cut was still not a bob, the same person colored my hair both times. The second time they had mentioned they couldn't remember the color they used the last time (first red flag, probably why my hair was 3 different colors in the photos attached) it's not necessarily a maintenance issue, it's more that the cut was the worst cut I've ever had and my hair was literally orange. That's not necessarily a hair issue, that's a process issue, I feel like getting roots covered doesn't require this 3 toned hair or several tries to match what they had done before. Again, I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else, and it was done in a quick session. No issues found. It just probably would have been nice to know getting my roots done would result in this disaster. I also really urge those looking into this place to get a consult or something, make sure it's VERY CLEAR what you're looking for. After showing up to get my roots covered shouldn't have resulted in this 400+ later. I also asked when I went back to have it fixed if I owed anything (just as a courtesy honestly, the light in the salon is brutal so you really can't tell what things will look like until you leave) and my stylist said "the owner would be pissed if he knew, but don't worry about it you're good to go" so after having to go back it was suggested I would have had to pay more? For this? Not sure about all of that. I just hope the next person that arrives that's looking for a very specific cut actually gets just that. I also hope that with the level their, "concerned about customer satisfaction" issues like this won't happen. Of course the several hundreds spent on this terrible hair will not be returned, just make sure everything is clear with the stylist you work with because it appears that a good photo or at least a photo of in what you're looking for might in fact result incredibly differently.

Incredible hair salon! I have been seeing my stylist for years and they always get my hair to that perfect vivid color! They are also realistic with what your hair is able to do versus destroying it and hoping for the best.

I was lucky enough to have the salon owner himself, Beau, cut and color my hair. Ive recently experienced some hair thinning due to stress and weight loss and my hair was looking stringy and sad. I gave complete control to Beau and told him be could cut and color my hair however he desired and the results turned out phenomenal. Before and after pictures included.

We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment that your experience with us may have caused. We take all customer concerns very seriously. Your satisfaction and the health of your hair is our top priority. There are some hair goals that can be achieved but may require several sessions to achieve, especially if the color hasn’t been maintained on a regular basis. It is not a gimmick when a stylist recommends regular maintenance every 6-8 weeks, it recommended to ensure that your hair maintains its health. If we try to go too hard too fast, we can damage the cuticles in the hair “fry” the hair, meaning that the hair can become rubbery or brittle and prematurely break. The longer you wait, the more “new growth” hair there is to try to match perfectly with the rest of the level 4 hair. This may take 2-3 sessions to achieve without damage. We aim to educate all clients about the best treatment processes and maintenance to ensure satisfaction.Again, we are truly sorry that you felt that wasn’t achieved and will put more emphasis on explanations as to why certain processes are in place to protect the hair to all stylists and clients.
