A Mr. Something has taken over my appointments even though I didnt want him, he doesnt cut as I say just trim it down and inch but gives me a very short haircut and makes it look like a 6 years old cutting a yard with dull blades, my hat cant even hide how bad of a haircut hes given me, I would like my money back having to wear his style;m, its bad!!

I don't recommend it, don't even think about going, bad haircut, they don't wet the hair and they do it very quickly, it doesn't look good at all, my two daughters were all shorn, I won't be coming back, I'm very sorry to see it gone, I cut it better and I'm not an expert Apart from that, it's very expensive, 70 dollars for two cuts horrible service, I won't fly and I'll burn them with all the people possible, that place doesn't work today, Monday, April 1, 2024 bad day no like

I tried to book an appointment online. Their website was not working. I went to their shop as a walk in. There was absolutely no one there and they said it would be a two hour wait. They did not care if I went somewhere else. Not a way to treat a returning client. I will not go back unless they improve on their customer service. They wont be open long with that type of service.

Haircuts are ok, but don't trust their scheduling. Walked in at my appointment time and they took a walk-in ahead of me. Technology should help you save time, not get you in the door
