I have been with the Wealth Management side for 10 plus years with excellent returns. I retained the Tax side 3 years ago and this is only the 3rd CPA I've had since 1970. Yes - I'm a boomer! :-) and my taxes are moderately complicated. Did I mention I'm not organized? Travis and his team are the best I've experienced in that 54 years of tax returns. THey organize the chaos of my life. I Get a 1 page summary of the current return. Then I Get a 3 years line item comparison. Travis and his team are 5 star.

Hello Fox Alliance team! First and foremost I would like to say it has been a pleasure working with this organization. I am so very pleased and impressed with the awesome service, and feeling of confidence I have in them handling our return. They have all exceeded our expectations in the service provided. The attention to detail, and super quick response time in answering any questions is amazing! I contacted this company a year ago with no knowledge what to expect. I was desperately looking for people I could trust and would feel comfortable with. They were the first call I made out of 8 calls to different companies. None of the other companies felt right, but The Fox Alliance team did. Travis met with me for an In-person appointment. I unloaded a bunch of paper documents that I was confused about , and he told me they could help me. And they delivered! I got to work with Chloe. She is so awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained things to me in an understandable manner. I requested her to work on my return again. And the fee for this level is service is very , very reasonable. I will be back again next year, and look forward to a solid relationship for years to come. Also, I enjoy the webinars with Max and the wealth team! My association with Fox began over three years ago during the COVID travel ban. All flights in and out of the country I was currently visiting had been suspended due to COVID and I was restricted from traveling back to the US. In addition to this dilemma, it was also the tax prep season. I made several online to many US based tax prep firms and they did not want to work with me while I was overseas. All the firms, except for Fox. They worked diligently with me, and I met the filing deadline with time to spare. Keep in mind, they also had to work with my wife who was in the United States and between emails, phone calls and the online document signature process, Fox made it happen. But the story doesn't end there. I remained with Fox because of that first experience. This year's tax return was a little more complex and I would like to share the high points for those who have similar circumstances. The high points of my 2023 filing experience are as follows: 1. The accuracy of this tax return depended upon last years tax return due to movement between overseas locations and movement between two residencies in two states. 2. The accuracy of this tax return depended upon how to handle two residency addresses in two states. We lived in one address and rented the other, then switched addresses. 3. The accuracy of this tax return depended upon the accounting of monies delivered to me directly by my company and a stipend delivered to me by my company through an overseas vendor acting as my employer in order for me to obtain a residence visa in a foreign country. 4. The accuracy of this tax return depended upon properly documenting foreign bank accounts and international wire transfers. 5. The accuracy of this tax return depended upon the reconstruction of calculating the standard deductions for a rental property during brief period over the last 15 years. This list is probably not inclusive, but any further complexities would overwhelm me. As always, I would like to thank Travis and Frank for their technical experience and providing the necessary due diligence with my tax prep. I want to thank Christina for helping me finalize the process by making sure the workflow was routed properly and there were no loose ends.
