        LawPay has zero customer service and the direct line is often inoperable for LawPay as an endless Medical Alert ad runs on it. No one at the parent company Affinipay will transfer a LawPay customer to anyone anywhere for help. I cannot get any report itemizing the credit card processing fees and costs, or even a total of the fees and costs withheld for each credit card payment transaction. It is now March 2024 and the last report I received was for July 2023. Also, Affinipay and Lawpay were double billing my law firm for the monthly user fee. LawPay used to be a high quality company with good customer service but that has not been true for quite awhile and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
