Thanks for the eyesore rental property in our neighborhood. Obviously you have nobody locally checking on your rentals. Always trash and debris in the yard, had an insane party till all hours of the night with cars and music blaring, illegal fireworks on the 4th of July, trash receptacles on the street/curb 24/7, 365. Tell the neighborhood you're a slumlord without calling yourself a slumlord. Everyone around here is tired of living next to this. This pic is the latest....this has been like this for 2 weeks.

We have had no power in ALL of our upstairs and downstairs restroom since SEPTEMBER 2023, it is now almost March 2024. Nobody will return my calls or emails. They always state there is no manager to speak too. They start and cancel work orders all the time, send me electricians numbers who arent even licensed or better yet dont even return my calls or show up. Maintenance workers have also left exposed wires out. My husband deployed and I had surgery, therefore I had to leave my home to stay elsewhere in order to feel safe and have a functioning home. Im at a loss of what to do? Next steps will be better business bureaus or actions legally.

Overcharged me, terrible rates, ABSOLUTELY 0 customer service, and disgruntled employees. Please - if it is the last thing you do in this life - do not rent with Amherst. Communities and lives have been ruined by this company.

Mainstreet Renewal and anyone affiliated with them should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and the torment they put their tenants through. The take weeks to address emergency situations, sometimes months. They leave you with unsanitary living conditions that are highly illegal and a health concern. I would recommend anyone who has issues file a lawsuit against them as they are practicing illegal rental policies, especially in the state of GA.
