If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont stay here. After waiting for 20 minutes to check in. I had to beg for extra pillows so that I could sleep comfortably while 5 months pregnant in a room that reeks of cigarette on the second floor with windows that dont shut and a bathroom that was a glorified hole in the floor.
Safety: Room was cleaned and they left the smoke detectors out and the windows open so the next person could keep smoking safely in their smoke-free hotel. Apr 6th, 2024

Bro. Like... If you can't upkeep your hotel... Get out of the business. Besides the fact we were waiting for like 30min in the hot lobby before a person even came to the front desk.Blood stains on the floor and sheets. Every room smelled like cigarette smoke. Floors were sticky. Sofa beds had no mattress but was offered extra couch cushions... Appliance power cables were cut so no lights worked. I see the owner replies always saying how they're sorry, but it doesn't seem the condition ever changed. Do not go here. It's a trashy slum house hotel and the owner honestly doesn't care... It shows in the lack of everything at his/her hotel. The only thing nice was was a little outside patio area. Apr 5th, 2024

This was one of the worst hotel stays Ive ever had. If I had known, I would have paid a little more for a different hotel that had everything promised and that any hotel room should have as a necessity. The lighting was horrible. Several lamps had no bulbs. There were no pillows on one of the beds. The carpet was all torn up. There was no hairdryer and no iron. The bathtub was rusted and there was mold in the grout. The AC units made loud noises and there was a weird funky smell throughout the entire hotel. The oven was missing the bottom rack and there were no chairs around the dining table. Im sure there was more, but that list is more than long enough to request for a refund of money. I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend someone I know to stay there.

Wasnt put in proper room upon arrival and didnt realize until I had unpacked all my belongings. Was then placed in room where bedroom a/c barely cooled bedroom but was told it worked properly while I was checking it. Key cards constantly malfunctioned and had to get them reprogrammed EVERYDAY!! Was also told The grab and go Breakfast was available from 6:30-9 or 10 but every morning I tried to take my kids to grab a cereal bar there was NOTHING available!! Asked manager why Ive been here for a week and still no breakfast and his response was they didnt place order. Very disappointed with service and overall experience with this hotel. Have to say this is the worst hotel Ive dealt with so far. Definitely not planning on ever returning to any branch of this hotel.at this point I feel yall should offer free nights to compensate for the unacceptable conditions Ive had to put my family through.
