EcoClean Green Dry Cleaner & Laundry

Was given wrong items and another customer was given my items. Brought items back and was told that my items are back and ready to be delivered back to the Belterra Store, but that the driver keeps forgetting them. Call back to check on items and the person answering has no idea what I'm talking about. Calling the number for this location doesn't actually call THIS location. It's been a MONTH and they still have my items, different employees say they'll look into it and call me back BUT NOBODY EVER CALLS ME BACK. Beyond frustrating, just want my items back so I can be done with this business!!!!

I dropped off curtains to dry clean. I was told they would be ready in 3 days. I call before picking them up and the manager tells me that they have not been done because I didnt sign a waiver. He told me their process is known to shrink curtains and that I needed to sign a waiver prior to service. I told him I do NOT want them to be serviced then and that I will pick them up right away. Had I been told about the waiver/known shrinking issue when I dropped them off I would have taken them elsewhere. When I finally get to pick them up days later The woman then tried to charge me $266 dollars. I explained they should NOT have been serviced for the 10th time. WELL they had clearly been serviced and shrunk substantially.They look horrible and will no longer work in our home. They were expensive curtains. Bad customer service and communication.

From all of the great reviews and the eco-friendly approach I thought I'd give Ecoclean a try. I brought in 12 items, and was told the turnaround time would be a few days. Here's my experience: 1) I never received an update on my items, so I called back in a week, and was told two of my items were still processing. No one was able to tell me why. 2) I called back again after waiting another week, and was still told my items were processing. This time I'm actually told it's because the items were damaged, and that a Manager would get back to me. No one did after several days so I call back and asked to speak with the Manager, left a voicemail and no return phone call. The staff I spoke with on the phone told me to go in store to address the issue. 3) I go in store and was told I could pick up 10 of my items, which ended up costing me $200+. I was shocked with the pricing, and wish i asked about the pricing upfront. I couldn't find it on the website, but thought it would be competitive (though a slight bit higher because of their eco-friendly approach). Yikes. The staff also left a note for the Manager to call me back ASAP. And here we are, a few days later and still no update on the status of two of my items. Given the price tag you'd think customer service would be better. On top of that, two of my items appear to be damaged, but no one is giving me an update on it. I will not be taking my business here again.

I love Ecoclean, where I can get clothes and bedding cleaned or washed without worrying about the impact on my fabrics and the environment as much as with traditional drycleaners. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Eco-friendly cleaning

Brought my wedding dress here after sitting in my closet for 6 months after my wedding. The bottom of the dress was full of stains after a dragging it across the dance floor and backyard all night at our reception. EcoClean did a great job and the dress looks almost new. Thank you!
