Krispy Kreme

The manager gave my husband & I donuts off the assembly line. The donuts were hot & delicious. We bought a dozen of original glaze, dozen mini original glaze donuts, & vanilla mocha frappe. Would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme.

Of course this is always perfect. The bee donuts are super fun and remember hand made! I had a wonderful interaction with the nicest staff today! We laughed and talked about life in Austin and kids and grandkids! She was so awesome. And... My kids loved the bee donuts!

Ordered online 5/4/2022 for pick up at 7:30am. Drove to the Krispy Kreme and there was a sign on the door that said lobby temporarily closed. They did not post any instructions on how to pick up online orders. Drove thru drive thru to try and pick up my order.... there was a sign on drive thru that said they will open later. ( there were employees in the store making donuts and conveyor belt was going) When I called corporate to cancel my order they said this is their "Covid hours" . If this is so, Google should be updated, an arrurate sign should be on the door, and you should not be able to order online from them. I understand short staffing but we've been in a pandemic for 2 years now, the least you can do is post correct hours of operations.

The employees made this visit! The donuts are always delicious!! We need another location further north please.
