Decided to go with this place after reading good reviews for a regular clean and yearly X-rays. The staff was accommodating and Dr Leeson was pretty quick with the clean but i felt it was an aggressive clean. I had better cleaning experiences in the past so that's why I felt that the same level of care wasn't taken but she was thorough with assessment of my X-rays. Had some issues with my new employer provided dental insurance so I paid for everything out of my pocket and asked the clinic to submit a claim the following week and refund the money once they successfully submit. My Dental insurance already processed the claim and It's been more than 3 weeks and the staff just kept giving excuses why the refund hasn't been processed.
Edit: After I posted this review, they reached out to me and acted quickly so changing my review to 3

Super speedy services and friendly staff.
Dr. Wong does a great job of clearly explaining any dental needs I have and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout any procedures. I highly recommend Avenue Dental!
