The Flats at 935 Condominiums

I have lived here for almost eight years now and love the location. The units are well maintained and the complex offers great common areas. Easy to get to multiple highways and super close to downtown.

Moved here in sept 2022 and its been a great experience so far. I have a 2bed 2 bath condo. Units are taken care of well. Gym and pool onsite and they are always clean and available.

Construction will take your parking spot. Only 3 visitor spots for the whole complex, and parking otherwise we have you towed. Frequent hot water outages that aren't fixed for days on end. My unit has not had a functioning washing machine since moving in.

Location, location, location!!! This complex is really well-located. Close to Downtown and Mueller, and with easy access to I-35. The building is surrounded by good food (walking distance to Papadeaux and Papasitos), near Target, HEB, and different gas stations. I have lived there for 3 years and have no complaints.
