Live Love Paddle

This company does not have rules for their employees . Their employees are disrespectful and they are under the influence while on the job. My husband and I were on a boat watching the fireworks on 7/4. We asked the captain to drop us at the Amli dock so we could Uber to our hotel. One particular employee live,love,paddle was either very drunk or under the influence of a drug. He started screaming at the captain and made it a nightmare for us to get off the boat onto the dock. He screened so much profanity that I cannot even repeat. BEWARE of this companies staff . Virginia Garcia

I came down to the dock to view the firework show but instead had to listen to an employee yell at people to get off the dock then proceed to yell at a few folks who were attempting to get off their boat. A few words were exchanged and they employee then proceed to use homophobic slurs. Not only once but multiple times in front of families. Wont ever rent from here again ***employees name is Logan/james or something and started swinging on a customer

We paid $187 for the Bats/Fireworks 4th of July tour. It was literally just a poorly run/poorly executed kayak rental. Every aspect of this experience was dysfunctional. Check-in was chaotic and the workers were rude. The guy at the counter told us to go potty before heading outside Im 30 years old. From there, a 10 year old explained where to go to retrieve the kayak. Zero safety instructions at all. The kayak itself was crawling with spiders and filthy. And the funniest part is that there was no formal tour or talk at the bat bridge whatsoever. I have done kayak tours in other cities, all of which were organized and professional. This was neither of those things. Second star for the cool fireworks, which this company had nothing to do with.
