Went here after seeing the good reviews and they exceeded my expectations! Had a great experience overall and Frannie did an incredible job on my long haircut/styling. She delivered exactly what I asked for and she was great to chat with throughout the appointment. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a new go-to salon in Austin.

Great first time experience at Black Orchid with Sarah! Sarah listened very intently and addressed all my trouble areas. One of the many things that impressed me was when I mentioned random areas of my hair that had damage apart from the rest. Sarah mentioned she could use a technique, circus cutting, to address the issue. For years I've mentioned this problem during hair consultations with other stylists and Sarah is the first to take action. When it comes to walking the walk she's the one! Can't wait to return to this beautiful salon!
