Good customer service and they did what I asked without trying to get me to change my mind because it would have been easier on them.

The haircut itself was fine. Until I got to the counter to pay. What shouldve been a 55 dollar haircut came out to 85 with fees she never mentioned at any point in the hour I sat in her chair. A 15 dollar fee for having long hair. (Mind you, i have had my hair cut here for years and have never been charged this fee) and a 15 dollar fee for flat ironing my hair which again, I never asked for. She started to do it on her own with out uttering a single word. I mentioned to the woman checking me out that she never mentioned any of these things to me at all! I ended up paying the ridiculous fees and regret doing that. Especially the 15 dollar flat iron fee seeing as how when I opened my hair down the middle, it was wavy and my hair super frizzy. All in all, the hair cut was ok but not worth the 85 dollars. Extremely upset with myself for not having fought those fees. Extremely unprofessional to not mention these fees at the start of the haircut and to provide a service with out being asked and then charging another 15!!! Service: Hairstyling
