        I was so excited to use my reasonably priced groupon for Shanda's services, however she was a no show! I wasn't able to be let into the dslon building because she wasn't there, tried cslling her no answer, messaged her. Got a response 5 minutes after my appointment: " Hi I ran into just bit of a problem with my car. So sorry. My husband is on his way to bring me to you he should be here any minute. If you can hang tight we will be on our way. I am very close by"....Understandable life happens so I agreed to wait, but then 30 minutes pass with no updates and I'm still having to wait outside in Texas heat, I messaged herand she told me she still couldnt me an ETA. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of client. WASTE OF MY TIME & GROUPON $ Services: Pedicure, Manicure
