        This merchant marked my Groupon used when I never used it. Groupon support is now telling me to get in touch with this person. Very annoying to deal with. Dishonest business. Would not recommend. EDIT responding to owner. I was never a client because YOU MARKED MY GROUPON AS USED WITHOUT ME EVER USING IT. My order had not expired. This is a dishonest vendor. Avoid!

      Hi Bethany! This is unfortunate and you are leaving misleading reviews as you never received a service from us. You do not appear in our client records either. It looks like there is some confusion on your end as your voucher was redeemed upon expiration per Groupon’s policy. You used a third-party to purchase a voucher for a service for this business last year and left it unused until it expired in Groupon’s system. Groupon does not provide the merchant (Flowering Beauty Artistry) with their (Groupon’s) client’s contact info, it states in Groupon’s fine print that it is your responsibility to contact the business for an appointment. Had you remembered you purchased a voucher and communicated with us, we would have been happy to honor your expired voucher. Our reviews speak for themselves by other customers who’ve received services from us and had no issues using the voucher’s system correctly. Thank you!
