If I could give negative stars I would. I called to make an appointment and I did it in Spanish so we fully understood each other. No problem. The lady was off center from the beginning, she said she wanted me to confirm but she had not even given me a time to confirm so I explained to her that I need a time before I could confirm the appointment- basic stuff. We settled in Saturday at 10am. Then she proceeds to ask me if I could call her on FRI to confirm the appointment. I honestly wondered why she thought I needed to call her. As I am the client, she should be the one confirming if she needs to confirm. Seriously. I called on FRI and left a vm confirming the appointment. On the day of my appmt I show up and the place is closed. No one called me or returned my calls. I'm sorry but it seems like these people have no professional biz management skills at all. No accountability, no organization, no respect for their clients. I don't live nearby. I'm very disappointed but not surprised. Skip the madness, go somewhere else. If they want money they need to step up.
