        2.5 is way too high! I've waited a month( with 5 calls , two visits and 3 emails) to get a response to a basic question from a mgr. NOTHING!

        Really good service from Kalyen Gambrel really nice excellent she helped me so much so attentive nice and helped me with every single thing I am so so happy with the treatment I got from her she was super super helpful and sweet really recommend going to this bank was my first time here and really liked it 10000/100 really recomend this place :)

        I have very bad experience with this bank.They didnt even allowed to took my belongings from safety deposit box.Very unethical & unprofessional behavior.How can you hire such kind of people to work in very well established organization like Bank of America.You need to train your employees to have work ethics first.

        Let me just say the worst customer service EVER. I mean we walked in and no one asks us if we need help, the lady is inside counting money and she never acknowledged anyone who is standing in line. This is not how you do business.
