        Terrible customer service and awful online banking. Every bank I have worked with has been better than cadence. Because their online banking is so bad, I have to go into the branch to get things done, where I then have to deal with lazy employees.

        BancorpSouth is a Mississippi bank that bought First State Bank of Central Texas. First State Bank was a great bank but has gone in to the gutter since the hooligans from Mississippi took over. They are clueless as to building customer relationships, and how to run a proper bank. Very sad to see what has happened to what was once great. BancorpSouth is a JOKE!

        I have been banking with BancorpSouth for 10 years in Louisiana and now Austin, Texas. The staff at any of the Austin branches are always extremely friendly and helpful. You really can't ask for a better bank relationship because they truly care about their customers.
