Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Sometimes a mixed bag at this location with service. The past few years I felt they are understaffed as they usually only have one teller. I don't usually need to go inside so it's not an ongoing issue. I had a few questions about more in depth financial information and Nicole was able to help me with all of my questions and offered great advice I was unaware of. I'm glad she is there as she is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the banks products.

It's good to see that there are still some Bank of America branches open that actually have a lobby. We have been a member of the bank for quite a while and it's sad to see some of the other Bank of Americas closing their doors and only using the window. This is a very active location with a very good staff and managers. I'm sure they have a lot of loyal customers and will service the public through the lobby continuing in the future.

The people in the branch are good. The review is for Bank of America. I got a fee because I dont have the Prefer Reward benefits any more. BOFA never sent any notification about that. How can I remember when is my account anniversary? When I saw the fee I put the minimum amount to dont get again a fee but there were another fee on the way because the fee overdraw my account. The employee that helped me never told me another fee was on the way so my account got overdraw again. Then I put extra money so I dont get another fee. So all the fees were a consequence of BOFA mistake and they did not refund the fee. This is the way the make money, so at this point I am going to close my account. Thanks.

Never have I experienced so many issues at one bank location. Unwilling to help with anything that might cause them a minor inconvenience.

I called up to verify a cashiers check and provide the info to do so the MANAGER Ernest ended up getting frustrated and hung up on me... I've been a client of BofA sense 1998 Hey thanks but I verify all cashiers checks with banks before accepting them and yes its done over the phone.
